What does it mean to be Emotionally Tough?

EMOTIONAL RESILIENCY - the ability to take a punch emotionally and bounce back quickly, to recover quickly from disappointments, mistakes, and misused opportunities, and jump back into battle fully ready to resume the fight.
 
SLOW EMOTIONAL RECOVERY INDICATES A LACK OF TOUGHNESS.
